Programme:
12:30 - Arrival, parking on Le Marchant Square (left hand end of Old College as you face it)
12:30 - Reception Drinks in Old College Grand Entrance
13:00 - Lunch in the Indian Army Memorial Room
15:30 - Guests Depart
 
Dress: Suit or Blazer

Ticket Price:  The price is all inclusive (Drinks Reception, 2 course hot buffet lunch with wine).

Photographs: We can play a silent loop of your own RMAS photos on a large screen during dinner. You will need to compile a file of photos amongst yourselves and bring a laptop or USB stick to connect on the day.

Accommodation?
Unfortunately there is no accommodation in the Academy, alternative options include:
Premier Inn Camberley, closest hotel situated immediately opposite Staff College Gate (A30)

Are there ID requirements to enter the Academy?
You will need to bring some photographic ID such as driving licence or passport with you. Entry to RMAS will be by the main (Staff College) gate only.

What are my transport options getting to the event?
If travelling by train Camberley is the nearest station, but not the most convenient for the majority of train journeys. Blackwater or Farnborough (Main) may provide better connections. If you are travelling by taxi please use one of the taxi companies with security cleared drivers listed below, it is highly advisable to book in advance.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
No, you don't need to bring a ticket. An admin email confirming the details will be sent out a few days prior to the event.

What is the closing date, refund policy & handling fee?
The closing date for applications is Thursday 9th July 2026, refunds for non attendance are not available after this date. In the event of an attendee requesting a refund prior to the closing date we will retain £5.00 of the event fee paid in order to cover the online transaction handling fee levied on the charity.

Late bookings?
Late bookings can only be accepted subject to catering availability, a late booking surcharge of £10 will apply.

Members of the Sandhurst Trust can see a list of other members (who have created an online profile) who have purchased a ticket. Members can also join Alumni Groups and view photos and access resources.
