Members of WRAC 851 and their Directing Staff are invited to the Commandant's Parade and 40th Anniversary Reunion Lunch at RMAS on Wednesday 6th August 2025.

Programme 
10:00 - 10:30 Tea, coffee & biscuits served in the Wellington Room, Old College.
10:40 Seated for Parade.
11:00 Commandant's Parade.
12:30 Reception Drinks in the International Room.
13:00 Lunch in the International Room (2 courses with wine followed by coffee & mints).
15:00 Guests depart.

Ticket Price: The ticket price (£52.20) is all inclusive (pre Parade coffee, reception drink, 2 courses with wine, coffee & mints). You will receive an email receipt for your ticket, physical tickets will not be sent out. 

Photographs: We can play a silent loop of your own RMAS photos on a large screen during lunch. You will need to compile a file of photos amongst yourselves and bring a laptop or USB stick to connect on the day.

Accommodation?
Unfortunately there is no accommodation in the Academy, alternative options include:
Premier Inn Camberley, closest hotel situated immediately opposite Staff College Gate (A30)
Travelodge Camberley (central)

Are there ID requirements to enter the Academy?
You will need to bring some photographic ID such as driving licence or passport with you. 

What are my transport/parking options getting to the event?
Car. Vehicle access to RMAS for Commandant's Parade is by either gate. If you enter via College Town Gate you will be directed to the Swimming Pool Car Park (closest option for Old College). If you enter via Staff College Gate you will be directed to Churchill Square to park (a slightly longer walk). If you require disabled access please tick the box on the booking form to confirm a space in Old College Car Park.
Train. If travelling by train Camberley is the nearest station, but not the most convenient for the majority of train journeys. Blackwater or Farnborough (Main) may provide better connections.
Taxi. If you are travelling by taxi please use one of the taxi companies with security cleared drivers listed below, it is highly advisable to book in advance.

Taxis may enter by either gate but will be required to drop you at the inner security cordon.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
No, you don't need to bring a ticket. An admin email confirming the details will be sent out a few days prior to the event.

What is the closing date, refund policy & handling fee?
The closing date for applications is Sunday 27th July 2025, refunds for non attendance are not available after this date. In the event of an attendee requesting a refund prior to the closing date we will retain £5.00 of the event fee paid in order to cover the online transaction handling fee levied on the charity.

Late bookings?
Late bookings can only be accepted subject to catering availability, a late booking surcharge of £10 will apply.

Intake Alumni Groups, Photos & Resources
Members of the Sandhurst Trust can see a list of other members (who have created an online profile) who have purchased a ticket. Members can also join Alumni Groups and view photos and access resources.

Can I buy RMAS memorabilia?
