Programme
10:00 - 10:30 Tea, coffee & biscuits served in the Wellington Room, Old College.
10:40 Seated for Parade.
11:00 Commandant's Parade.
12:30 Reception Drinks in the International Room.
13:00 Lunch in the International Room (2 courses plus wine, coffee & mints).
15:00 Guests depart.

Ticket Price: £48.50 - the ticket price is all inclusive (pre Parade coffee, Parade, reception drink, 2 courses plus wine, coffee & mints). You will receive an email receipt for your ticket, physical tickets will not be sent out.
RMAS Report: When registering for the event you will be able to order a copy of your RMAS report (UK OCdts only) which will be available for collection at the reunion. We politely ask for a donation of £15 to cover the administrative costs of retrieving and copying the report, a very labour intensive process for a small charity.

Accommodation?
Unfortunately there is no accommodation in the Academy, alternative options include:

Are there ID requirements to enter the event?
Hard copy tickets will not be issued, entry will be based on a nominal roll at the gate. Entry to RMAS for those travelling by car will be via College Town Gate (GU47 0PR) only. You will need to bring photographic ID with you such as driving licence or passport, we do not require car registrations. If you are travelling in a pre-booked taxi with a security cleared driver (see list below), or are on foot, you may enter via the Staff College gate (A30).
What are my transport/parking options getting to the event?
Car. If you are driving you will be directed to the Swimming Pool Car Park which is a 10 minute walk to Old College. If you require disabled access please tick the box on the booking form to confirm a space in Old College Car Park.
Train. If travelling by train Camberley is the nearest station, but not the most convenient for the majority of train journeys. Blackwater or Farnborough (Main) may provide better connections. If you are travelling by taxi please use one of the taxi companies with security cleared drivers listed below, it is highly advisable to book in advance.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
No, you don't need to bring a ticket. An admin email confirming the details will be sent out a few days prior to the event.
What is the closing date, refund policy & handling fee?
The closing date for applications is Sunday 28th July 2024, refunds for non attendance are not available after this date. In the event of an attendee requesting a refund prior to the closing date we will retain £5.00 of the event fee paid in order to cover the online transaction handling fee levied on the charity.
Late bookings?
Late bookings can only be accepted subject to catering availability, a late booking surcharge of £10 will apply.
