Looking for a unique venue for your next corporate event?

Rooms within the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst are bookable via the Sandhurst Trust for an array of corporate functions including; board meetings, conferences, workshops and private dinners.

We offer a range of facilities in historical buildings, all set within a beautiful 600 acres secure estate.

There are lecture theatres that seat up to 120 delegates and meeting/break rooms for 12 to 90. Plus small, intimate dining rooms for 12 and large dining rooms that seat 180.

Old College

Without doubt the most iconic building within the Academy, Old College offers organisers the opportunity to run corporate events within a building that has over 200 years of military history.

Choose from unique prestige rooms, many of which over look the impressive Old College Parade Square with seating for 12 to 80 people.

Host guests in one of our two lecture theatres which seat 54-120.

The Royal Military Academy Sandhurst is conveniently located within a 5 minute drive of the M3.
Just 40 miles from Central London and 30 miles from London Heathrow.

Close to stations with regular trains from both London Waterloo and London Paddington.

The secure site offers parking for all delegates and benefits from many local hotels, of all price points.

Terms and Conditions Corporate Events

Things to note

Due to the unique environment, history and security of the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst, we are a very popular choice for events. To ensure maximum chance of holding an event here, on your preferred date, we would like to draw your attention to the following:

  1. As a working military academy, all events need to be deconflicted with core Military Activities.  This process can take a number of weeks, this means last minute events are very difficult to book in and your understanding on this is appreciated.
  2. Where possible we suggest you provide a number of different dates, especially for bigger events. If you are looking for a set date, it may be that your first choice room is already booked. We will look to offer you the nearest available room/facility.
  3. Timescales for approval and planning differ but we suggest the following lead times are a good working point when starting the process.

Large events over 100 – 6 months notice

Smaller events up to 50 - 3 months notice

All guests are required to carry photo ID for the duration of the event within the Academy. A nominal role of all guests is needed 72 hours prior to the event.
