12:15 - Informal photo on steps
12:15 - Reception Drinks in Old College Grand Entrance
12:45 - Lunch in the Lord Room

Ticket Price: £48.50 - the ticket price is all inclusive (morning coffee & biscuits, drinks reception, seated hot buffet lunch with wine).

Accommodation?
Unfortunately there is no accommodation in the Academy, alternative options include:

Are there ID requirements to enter the Academy?
You will need to bring some photographic ID such as driving licence or passport with you. Entry to RMAS will be by the main (Staff College) gate only.

What are my transport options getting to the event?
If travelling by train Camberley is the nearest station, but not the most convenient for the majority of train journeys. Blackwater or Farnborough (Main) may provide better connections. If you are travelling by taxi please use one of the taxi companies listed below as they have security cleared drivers, all other taxis will be required to drop you at the gate. You are strongly advised to book in advance as there are only a limited number of security cleared drivers in each company (request one when booking).

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
No, you don't need to bring a ticket. An admin email confirming the details will be sent out a few days prior to the event.

What is the closing date & refund policy?
The closing date for applications is Sunday 8th December 2024, refunds for non attendance are not available after this date. In the event of an attendee requesting a refund prior to the closing date we will retain £5.00 of the event fee paid in order to cover the online transaction handling fee levied on the charity. 

Can I buy RMAS memorabilia?
The Sandhurst Trust online shop stocks a variety of RMAS branded products.
