12:30 -  Arrival, park on Le Marchant Square (left hand end of Old College as you face it)
12:30 - 13:00 Reception Drinks in the International Room.
13:00 - Seated buffet lunch in the International Room.
15:00 - Guests Depart (you are welcome to take an informal walk around the grounds of RMAS prior to departure)

Ticket Price: The ticket price (£45) is all inclusive - reception drink, hot buffet lunch with wine.

Accommodation?
Unfortunately there is no accommodation in the Academy, alternative options include:
Premier Inn Camberley, closest hotel situated immediately opposite Staff College Gate (A30)

Are there ID requirements to enter the Academy?
You will need to bring some photographic ID such as driving licence or passport with you.

What are my transport/parking options getting to the event?
Car. You may enter RMAS by either the Staff College Gate (on A 30) or College Town Gate (GU47 0PR), individual passes and car passes will be issued at the gate based on a nominal roll provided by the Sandhurst Trust. You will need to bring photo ID with you such as a driving licence or passport.
Train. If travelling by train Camberley is the nearest station, but not the most convenient for the majority of train journeys. Blackwater or Farnborough (Main) may provide better connections. If you are travelling by taxi please use one of the taxi companies with security cleared drivers listed below, it is highly advisable to book in advance. Taxis not on the list below will not be permitted access and will be required to drop you at the gate.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
No, you don't need to bring a ticket. An admin email confirming the details will be sent out a few days prior to the event.

What is the closing date, refund policy & handling fee?
The closing date for applications is Sunday 1st October 2023, refunds for non attendance are not available after this date. In the event of an attendee requesting a refund prior to the closing date we will retain £5.00 of the event fee paid in order to cover the online transaction handling fee levied on the charity.

Late bookings?
Late bookings can only be accepted subject to catering availability, a late booking surcharge of £10 will apply.

Can I buy RMAS memorabilia?
The Sandhurst Trust online shop stocks a variety of RMAS branded products.

Can I Smoke at RMAS?
Smoking is only permitted in the designated smoking area, please ask the Mess staff for directions.
