Members of the Sandhurst Trust and their guests are invited to a Carol Service in the Royal Memorial Chapel, followed by a Hot Buffet Supper in the Indian Army Memorial Room on Thursday 5th December 2024.

20:00 - 21:30 Buffet Supper in the Indian Army Memorial Room
21:30 Guest depart - all cars must be removed from Le Marchant Square.

The ticket price is all inclusive (Carol Service, followed by a Hot Buffet Supper with wine - there will be no additonal bar facility), booking is online.

Are there ID requirements to enter the event?
Entry will be via either gate (Staff College or College Town) based on a nominal roll provided by the Trust, we will not be sending out hard copy tickets.You will need to bring photographic ID with you such as driving licence or passport. If you are being driven by someone not attending the event we will need to know the name of your driver in advance so that their name can be added to the nominal roll at the gate, they too will require photo ID

Getting to the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst, Camberley, Surrey
If you are travelling by taxi please use one of the taxi companies listed below as they have security cleared drivers, all other taxis will be required to drop you at the gate. You are strongly advised to book in advance as there are only a limited number of security cleared drivers in each company.

What is the closing date & refund policy?
The closing date for applications is Sunday 24th November, refunds for non attendance are not available after this date. In the event of an attendee requesting a refund prior to the closing date we will retain £5.00 of the event fee paid in order to cover the online transaction handling fee levied on the charity.

Late bookings?
Late bookings can only be accepted subject to catering availability, a late booking surcharge of £5 will apply.

The guest name on the registration doesn't match the attendee, is that okay?
The names of attendees must match the names that were registered. If you need to change the name of an attendee, please notify the Sandhurst Trust as entry to the Academy is based on a nominal roll provided by us.
