There is no charge for tickets, members are welcome to bring a guest. Ticket allocation will close at 12:00 Friday 16th January 2025.

Are there ID requirements to enter the event?
Entry will be via Staff College Gate only, based on a nominal roll provided by the Trust, we will not be sending out hard copy tickets.You will need to bring photographic ID with you such as driving licence or passport. If you are being driven by someone not attending the event we will need to know the name of your driver in advance so that their name can be added to the nominal roll at the gate, they too will require photo ID
