The Forward Institute, who work with senior leaders from all sectors to build responsible leadership, held their annual residential at Royal Military Academy Sandhurst, the delivery of which was supported by the Sandhurst Trust.

The Forward Institute enjoys a strong learning partnership with both the British Army and the Ministry of Defence - having their residential at Sandhurst each year allows participants to experience a leadership culture very different to their own.

Around 90 attendees, including Fellows, FI staff and Guest Speakers attended the course which ran over two weeks.

Participants enjoyed a range of sessions during their time at the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst including hearing from the Commandant, Major-General Zac Stenning OBE. 

Delegates utilized the smaller prestige rooms within Old College for breakout sessions before coming together for plenary sessions in the impressive Indian Army Memorial Room
